When can I expect to receive my images?
I hand edit each image in your gallery therefore it normally takes me
between 2-3 weeks, not including the weekends. However, i do post 3-5 sneak peaks on
Facebook and Instagram within 3-5 business days, that way it will give you a glimpse as to
what to expect for the rest of the photos.
Which form of payments do you accept?
For easy payment of your retainer and package I offer a comfortable online payment option.
All major credit and debit cards as well as Cash and checks are accepted.

If we cancel our booking will we receive our retainer back?
In case you cancel you will not receive your retainer back.
This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and eventual cost already arisen before the actual session.
However, I understand that unforeseen events can happen, so I try to work on alternatives if possible
–e.g. find a new date for a session.
Do I get all the images you take?
I go thoroughly through all the images we take during a session and will take out the
obviously unusable ones in a first step. I also reduce the amount of duplicates so you can enjoy
only the best of the best images. With each packages I guarantee a minimum amount of images.
But in the end you will receive a gallery of 30-60 images to pick from. Depending on the package you’ve picked.
What happens if we are running late or vice versa to our shoot? Will you extend the shooting time?
It is my practice to arrive early to our shoots, as I like to scope out the surroundings.
If for some reason I am late, I will do my best to extend the time. If a client is late,
I will do my best in the time that is remaining to get everything we need, but I don’t extend the session time.
What if it is raining during an outdoor session or bad weather?
In the case of rain or bad weather I will have to improvise! Sometimes that means
finding shelter or finding other creative ways to capture the moment. If the weather is potentially damaging
to my equipment, we will be restricted to areas that we can safely shoot. Bad weather is not a reasons
itself to cancel a session, but if possible I’ll try our best to find alternative arrangement
– e.g. change locations, wait the weather out. Please note, that there are no refunds due to weather.
Can I purchase the raw (unedited) files from my session?
No, raw digital files and any unedited photos are the property of the Photographer.
Please note that you will not receive every photograph taken during the session,
only those chosen and edited by the Photographer, as they become a
representation of our business to the public.
Do you offer print outs?
Yes! However all prices quoted are without the prints.
I offer you to build your own package and make it the price you can afford.
On your online album gallery if you want to add prints you can . I don't keep your images forever,
If you want to buy prints or albums, you can message me for sizes.
You can download all images and save them to your computer or save them to your own CD or USB.
